Line-up for this year’s SeeRock Festival is completed!

On Friday, June 21st, in Schwarzlsee near Graz will play  IRON MAIDEN, STONE SOUR, BEHEMOTH, DILLINGER ESCAPE PLAN, GHOST, MARROCK, VOODOO SIX i just confirmed NEWSTED.

On Saturday, June 22nd, will play MOTÖRHEAD, LIMP BIZKIT, SLAYER, OOMPH!, EISBRECHER, MNEMIC, ROHSTOFF and just confirmed PARAZITE.

With those bands, heavy metal party is guaranteed!

Schwarzl Freizeitzentrum area offer perfect opportunity for festival visitors, not only to enjoy in the festival and heavy metal music, but also to take a rest near the lake.

There is no better way but to enjoy in rock music with thousands visitors in open-air area and in the same time to have a chance to take a rest on the lake!

This festival takes place only 7 km far from Graz, in Unterpremsätten, near the high-way Schachenwald. Here will meet young and old, friends of music and life.

Beside this festival Schwarzlsee offer wide spectre od different activites – adrenaline park paintball in the hall and under the water, diving – everyone can find something interesting. Fun and action has no limits here!

Seerock Festival Open Air offer much more than a good concert so visitors will on festival itself be able to access to many services and activities so festival will remain in their memories as unforgettable. There will be shops, tattoo studios, supermarket and everything what visitors might need in two festival days.  Restaurants will offer chicken, stakes, sausages but also Italian, Greek or Turkish food. Beside, visitors in camping area will have breakfast opportunities  – coffee, sausages, rolls, drinks and so on. The camp has good facilities – WC and  showers.

On the main stage the programme will last 24 hrs, with no break while in the hall the programme with rock music and DJ’s will last until 06.00 hrs in the morning.

Festival area is devided in several categories. In front of the stage is „Wave Breaker“, an aera that provide the perfect view on the stage. Beise that, there will be separated VIP area taht will offer special buffet specialities served in specially decorated hall.

See-Rock is new, heavy two-days festival, close in our neighbourhood, that will for sure gather huge number of fans from the whole area. So far, the festival was one-day event (last year there were playing Guns N’ Roses, The Cult, Soulfly…) and from this year it will last two days.

The festival area is beautiful Scwarzlsee lake near Graz where on June 21 and 22 will play giants like IRON MAIDEN, MOTÖRHEAD, SLAYER, LIMP BIZKIT, STONE SOUR, DILLINGER ESCAPE PLAN, BEHEMOTH and many other.

Planed as weekend metal holiday on lake, near the former European culture metropolis for its strong line-up and great location should already in a first yearas two days long festival, be an must go gathering of metal, rock and similar generes fans. What is important to underline – this festival will be interesting to Croatian audience as it is, for example, only 300 km away from Rijeka and 180 km away from Zagreb.

SEE ROCK FESTIVAL in Austria, exactly at the Schwarzlsee near the capital from Styria Graz, is at most of the people known as small and familiar festival and far away to be as popular than the worldwide known NOVA ROCK Festival at Nickelsdorf.

Every year are some famous bands announced, but it most of the time it was more like a special bonbon and of course the location is a really unique and beautiful one, so you don’t get only the festival-feeling, it’s more like a little holiday.

2012 the stars of the SEE ROCK FESTIVAL were GUNS N’ ROSES, THE CULT and SONATA ARCTICA and it was really a sensation (we were there so trust us!). Nobody thought about it that this will be topped but this year it will be amazing. So, shortly it was announced that nobody less than IRON MAIDEN and MOTÖRHEAD and STONE SOUR will be there. As we already announced, controversial rocker Axl Rose and his Guns N’ Roses are confirmed as headliners of Austrian See-Rock Festival.

Beside them, line up is completed with legendary Brittish band The Cult and also Soulfy, Sonata Arctica and local band Alkbottel.

See-Rock Festival will held in Schwarzl Freizeitzentrum, Unterpremstätten near Graz.

The festival has also confirmed the timetable so bands will appear as follow:

The mystery of Axl Rose’s $200,000 in stolen jewelry may have been solved. As previously reported,  three gold and diamond necklaces disappeared during a private party after a June 5 Guns N’ Roses concert in Paris. Rose was described as being furious about the theft, which is understandable when someone swipes 200 grand worth of your stuff.

According to RTL.fr,  a woman told police she had too much to drink and inadvertently put the necklaces belonging to Rose in her purse. There were about 130 people present at the gathering at Palais Omnisports de Paris-Bercy. She says she noticed the jewelry when she woke up and returned it  to a central Paris police station.

The 24-year-old model, whose name has not yet been released, was taken into custody. No word yet on whether any formal charges will be filed.

Guns N’ Roses are in the middle of a European tour that has already seen a series of strange occurrences, including Rose falling down onstage, the band getting pelted with objects and a fan reportedly being asked to remove his Slash T-shirt at the door of one show, among other incidents.

As part of European tour this summer Guns N’ Roses will headline See-Rock Festival in Graz (Austria) on June 29 and also will come to Croatia, Split, Spaladium Arena on July 17, 2012.

Guns N’ Roses frontman Axl Rose was relieved of about $200,000 worth of jewelery during a small gathering following their June 5 gig in Paris, France.

According to a news report from the Associated Press, Axl Rose was robbed of more than $200,000 worth of gold and diamond necklaces last night. A spokesman for the Parisian authorities says that Axl was furious over the incident that took place during the band’s private gathering following their performance at Palais Omnisports de Paris-Bercy.

While very few details of the case have been made available at this time,  it does appear that Rose was not wearing the necklaces when they were stolen. Angry or not, Rose and his Guns are still set to perform their next show in Moenchengladbach, Germany, on June 8, and will return to perform in France later this summer.

Also, Guns N’Roses will headline See-Rock Festival in Graz (Austria) on June 29th, 2012 and later they will play in Croatia, Spaladium Arena, Split on July 17, 2012.
